Sometimes our PCs store historical data which is automatically applied to a log in. This can be a potential cause of problems. The AI does not have access to team names, individuals names and email addresses or to the text comments submitted by team members at the end of the Squadify survey. Your data is just as secure as ever in Squadify. You can learn more about our AI policies and procedures here.
Data you enter into our systems is protected according to our privacy policy. It is not used to train any third-party AI models.
We have developed a series of prompts for an AI engine to enable it to take all the Squadify report scores for a single team and interpret them in a set of insightful texts relating to each section of the Squadify report. The AI uses population scores to provide benchmarks and identify the key areas for a specific team to focus on in order to improve performance. In addition we have provided Squadify content for the AI to match to the squad needs for immediate learning content.
Our Squadbot has been trained with feedback from Squadify Pros but it’s still learning and we are constantly reviewing the output. As with any AI the output may not be perfect, but it should provide some interesting insights to help you explore your data in a new and different way. If you don’t like the findings you can provide feedback through the platform and this will help us to improve the SquadBot’s performance.
Not yet – we are working on a SquadBot that will engage with team members to provide coaching support. Watch this space…
