We Not Me
Episode 18 - Building the right team culture
Show Notes
Dan and Pia explore creating safe cultures for people to thrive, with consultant Kevin Brownsey. Kevin is the CEO of Red Pill Consulting, a company that tries to help organisations change their culture. While some organisations strive for a “winning culture”, Kevin defines culture as the “beliefs that underpin the behaviours that drive the outcomes, not the outcomes themselves.”

- Cultural change looks simple, but takes courage.
Meet the guests
Kevin has enjoyed a 25-year corporate career, including management board positions at Coors Brewers, Kellogg and SAB Miller, based in several countries including Sweden, the UK and Poland. During his time in Poland he became acutely aware of how cultural differences affect the way businesses work. There was not one ‘best way’ but a multitude of ways to be successful. As the owner of Redpill consulting since 2012, Kevin now helps organisations understand the culture they have, the culture they need and the pathway to get there.
