Rob is a director and consultant at Succeedo Global. Rob has followed his passion for organisational transformation through leadership for more than 25 years, whilst successfully growing organisations dedicated to that end. He coaches the executive leadership teams of high potential companies either independently, with his global network, or in association with his previous organisations, LIW, Squadify and Denali Venture Partners. The companies he chooses to work with are aware of the importance of leadership at every level in successfully executing strategy and focus on sustainability and the environment. Rob has extensive experience of working in diverse environments including Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America and Papua New Guinea, where he continues to work with aid agencies in emergency situations.
