A dedicated team committed to supporting customers to find safe affordable housing. In a challenging climate team members experienced burn-out and became disconnected from the mission. The CEO recognised the opportunity to build an employee experience which would prioritise wellbeing and foster teamwork to support employees and clients.

The first Squadify established a baseline confirming a lack of interpersonal relationships. They created a development plan to support individuals and teams to build a supportive culture. The Me/We/Us model provided a connection from personal well-being to team psychological safety through to organisation outcomes including customer service levels. Teams track these metrics quarterly using Squadify
