Building teamwork in a group of specialists

In the beginning...

A specialist compliance team in pharma, strongly individualistic, highly skilled and independent. The team was not performing at the pace the business needed, and was feeling overwhelmed and burned out, with little energy to embrace the new strategy.

Then they chose Squadify...

The first Squadify enabled the team to see that they were too focused on their own objectives and this was harming team effectiveness. They worked on first aligning their goals, both as a team and to the organization strategy.
