In the beginning...
A specialist compliance team in pharma, strongly individualistic, highly skilled and independent. The team was not performing at the pace the business needed, and was feeling overwhelmed and burned out, with little energy to embrace the new strategy.
Then they chose Squadify...
The first Squadify enabled the team to see that they were too focused on their own objectives and this was harming team effectiveness. They worked on first aligning their goals, both as a team and to the organization strategy. Then they focused on strengthening personal relationships to allow themselves to be vulnerable and then to truly support each-other. They now celebrate shared successes in regular agile retros.
The results so far...
The team delivered a global projection time while continuing to deliver ongoing work all in the context of covid lockdown. A cultural transformation from me to we, team members support each other.
