In the beginning...
A mid-size healthcare provider in USA responds to patient needs during the pandemic by providing remote access to services. The leadership team was newly formed and wanted to get back to 'normal’ but also build on the successes to create a new normal. They were supported through this transition by two Squadify Pro coaches.

They recognized their weakness in decision making and execution and decided first to develop a shared purpose and then innovate to define the path to achieve their objectives. Squadify provided the evidence to support the coaches ‘intuition’ on team dynamics and enable all team members to have a voice in an otherwise hierarchical team

Team have developed a clear roadmap to their new client offering: a ‘Virtual Service Desk’ and a blended service. A total cultural transformation to a culture of innovation, and rapid execution.
