Suni is a Global People and HR leader, with a keen ability to align People and business strategies. She coaches human resources, business leaders, and C-suite executives to achieve their highest potential and is capable of leading through accelerated growth, rapid change, and transitioning organiSations into highly effective, top performers. Suni has lived, worked and excelled in a number of countries and cultures. Suni has an excellent balance of strategic focus along with operational delivery and superior business consultation and coaching skills in complex transformation scenarios. She also has an eye for talent and is focused on developing HR and business leaders, to achieve their highest potential. Prior to Marqeta, Suni held a number of senior HR and Business leadership positions at Navis LLC, SVB Financial Services, Cisco Systems, ANZ Bank and Standard Chartered Bank – in the US, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, London and China. Suni has Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Accounting, an Advanced Masters in Human Resources and OD and is a certified coach. She is an accomplished speaker and published author.
