Sandy Quirinale is a business process improvement professional who for the past two years has been a NJ State certified firefighter. Sandy is a six sigma master black belt, experienced in post M&A integration and process improvement. As part of GE Capital, she identified, planned and executed on key improvement opportunities within portfolio companies. She has been based in the United States and in Europe and worked on cross-country process and change management integrations. Sandy was a recipient of the GE Capital Six Sigma award. In addition to GE Capital, Sandy has contributed to Johnson & Johnson, McGraw-Hill and Blue Cross Blue Shied. In addition to completing over 200+ hours of training to become a NJ State Certified Firefighter, Sandy has received technician level certifications in vehicle extrication and hazard materials, as well as numerous other specialty certifications. She was commended for conducting swift water rescues and saving the lives of multiple people throughout the overnight hours of September 1, 2021 as the devastation from hurricane Ida unfolded. Sandy has a BA in mathematics from the University of New Hampshire.
