Leader Accelerator

For team leaders

These virtual individual coaching sessions give the team leader 60 minutes of dedicated conversation with an experienced Squadify executive coach. The coach will gain an understanding of your context through data and enquiry, will share experience
form other teams around the world and explore options for proven next steps. You will feel more focused and with walk away with clear actions to take your leadership to the next level. 

Team Accelerator

For intact teams

These virtual sessions are for your whole team, giving them an opportunity to learn and perform together. The Squadify coach leads the session, from a deep understanding of context through a facilitated discussion through to targeted development and action planning. The coach will bring insights from their experience with other global teams. The team will feel united, cared for and clear about the way ahead. 

The Accelerator Flow

  • The coach will use the Squadify Mini diagnostic to gain insights on the current state of the team.
  • The coach will lead discussion and brainstorm - including virtual whiteboard and polls as needed – to.
  • Agree targeted development to close key gaps and lead the team in action planning.
  • The team or leader leaves with clear actions to boost teamwork, share collective intelligence and rapidly accelerate.
You will get a report on six key areas of teamwork with your score benchmarked against global teams and also clear, agreed next steps.
