Enhanced Dynamics Tab
In this version, we have enhanced the Dynamics tab to reflect the most recent research and practical experience with teams using Squadify.
Many of the teams we meet are not actually teams but TINOs (teams in name only) and there is a new dynamic ‘Team Forming’ to help those teams to pinpoint the issues. For more information on Team Forming, click here: https://www.squadify.net/team-forming/
Secondly, we want to address the growing engagement crisis so we have added a Dynamic that includes the key factors of team member engagement. For more information on Engagement, click here: https://www.squadify.net/engagement/
These new dynamics replace the Alignment and Motivation dynamics so there are still six dynamics on the tab to guide teams in identify where they can most rapidly make improvements to build more engaged, higher performing teams:
Bug Fixes
We’ve been hard at work addressing various bugs reported by our diligent users. Our development team has resolved these issues to enhance Squadify’s stability and performance. We greatly appreciate the feedback and support of our user community in helping us identify and rectify these bugs.
Security Enhancements
Squadify’s security is of utmost importance to us, and in this release, we’ve implemented additional security fixes to safeguard user data and privacy further. We strive to ensure that Squadify remains a trusted and secure platform for all our users.
