Felipe Tabares is the head of development at Squadify. Felipe has led several software-related projects and run technology areas and business units from the operations perspective. He has also helped companies that use technology and digital transformation as a means for growth. Felipe’s areas of specialisation are Software Factory as a delivery model, Startups as niche companies, and Solutions Architecture combined with Engineering Management and Operations as the means to glue all together.
