Squadify Connects - Episode 57 - Power Bundle introduction for coaches - welcome Transcript Welcome to Squadify's Power Bundle, the data-driven approach led by you, the coach, that will optimize team dynamics and deliver the outcomes that they want to achieve. I'm Pia. And I'm Dan. And this is Squadify Connects. Congratulations, you're listening to this as a Squadify Pro Coach, and you're about to start your journey with the Squadify Power Bundle. But what exactly is it? What are the expectations of you as the coach? What should you expect over the coming months? This is a short series of just three Connects episodes to get you up to speed with what you need to know and enable you to support your team to get the most from the data in Squadify. Each Connects episode will take about five minutes. We'll cover three key things over the coming episodes. One, the journey itself and the expectations of you as a coach. This means getting organized and booking dates and sessions and why that particularly matters. Second, how the Squadify TeamTracker assessments work, the data, the individual team debriefs and planning targeted actions. And third, how to work best with the unlimited coaching. So let's start with what the Power Bundle is. We've designed this approach to bring the exact data and coaching to the team that it needs to accelerate their performance, often in a very short period of time. Based on latest research, 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies and a partnership with the London School of Economics. We designed a high-impact, data-led coaching journey to optimally support the leader and team through the highs and lows of today's demanding world of work. It's a less traditional way of coaching involving you closely in the business and using the data to lead dialogue and development for the team you're working with. See it as a journey of many steps, insights, practicing and learning. Long-term performance is optimally created through multiple touch points with learnings focused around the work that the team does daily in its workplace, as opposed to training, which is largely forgotten. The team will build a blueprint for success based on everyone's input and the AI insights from Squadify and from the data that source from thousands of other teams. The show notes contain a diagram of the Squadify journey. At the beginning, you need to introduce the process to both the team leader and the team, and this is often separately. Then you need to set aside 60 minutes with the team leader to discuss their goals and objectives. This is really important because this is what you're trying to achieve over the period of time you're working with. So try to make these as specific as possible and to keep focused upon, as when we launch the first Squadify TeamTracker, it'll give a snapshot of how the team is currently operating. After you've debriefed and decided with the team on a couple of actions, you will then retest in a cadence of about every 60 to 90 days. And it's important then that you lock these dates into your diary so that it makes it as smooth as possible. Either you organize these dates or Squadify will provide this admin support. So this is really important to lock in. And of course, it's all built into the scheduling capability inside the platform. But it means that you will then know what to expect and when, and importantly, the team has the same understanding. You'll then need to discuss and decide with the team leader how best to communicate with each other and how frequently. Sometimes this includes team stand-ups or just one-on-ones, texts, WhatsApps, emails, whatever fits them. Everyone is a little bit different. This really is about what works for them and how they work. Now you've established what the team and the team leader's goals are, and you're clear about how the Power Bundle process works, it's time to launch the first Squadify TeamTracker, which is the subject of Episode 2.
