Squadify Connects - Episode 55 - Power Bundle introduction for teams - your first team tracker Transcript Welcome to Squadify's Power Bundle, the data-driven approach with your very own coach that will accelerate your team performance, maximise team dynamics and deliver the outcomes you are measured against. I'm Pia. And I'm Dan and this is Squadify Connects. We've covered already how the Power Bundle works and with luck you've also had a chance to connect with your coach. Now it's time to launch your first Squadify TeamTracker. In this episode we'll explore briefly the data, the report, how the individual and team debriefs run and making the actions work. The first thing is to complete the Squadify Team Template with all your team's details and send that back to us. Your Squadify is then loaded onto the system and it'll be open for about five days and you'll receive a link to a survey to complete. You may want to let your team know about Squadify and we have a really good explainer video at squadify.net. You answer 40 questions about your specific team so ensure that everyone knows which team they are answering about. The questions are on clarity, climate and competence. In your team and you are asked to rate the importance of one to five and then the presence one to five. This is anonymous and will create an average set of scores which the team can discuss. The report is then generated when all responses are complete and then you and your coach will meet to debrief the results. We generally do this first with the team leader and then with the whole team. You'll have access to the report and you will also have an AI Squadbot summary with details and focus areas of all the data which will help to highlight the key areas that you can work on. By pinpointing these areas you know that you're focusing your effort in areas that will have the biggest benefit. Finally then we'll have a full team debrief where the coach will guide you through the key findings, ask loads of questions and start this dialogue with the team so you'll have a chance to really get around the data as a team and understand it before choosing one or two things to work on to make the biggest difference. So once you've completed the first round you'll have a really good understanding of the process and you'll have a couple of actions to focus on in the next 60 to 90 days and that's when the coaching begins to support you and your team to close the gaps that you've identified and take your actions.
