For over a year Chuck Anderson underwent a battery of tests to find out why he was feeling so physically unwell. After moving from the US to Sydney and still finding no answers, he was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. After cycles of depression and anxiety, Chuck was finally given information on mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), which changed his life dramatically for the better. Since then, Chuck has co-founded Living to Thrive with his partner, to help organisations build better overall resilience.

Chuck is the co-founder and owner of Living to Thrive, a workplace mental health and wellbeing consultancy based out of Sydney. He uses his lived experience with mental illness and background in both psychology and positive psychology to guide organisations towards a more mindful, resilient and compassionate culture. He has over 23 years of global professional experience across multiple industries and sectors including private sector, consulting for federal agencies and seven years in defence force. He was recently featured in a newspaper article where he discussed his personal journey in mental health and how those experiences inspired him to help thousands of employees across Australia.
